Our spacious three bedroom apartments are located on 2nd floors to the 5th Floors and enjoy a corner position with large wrap around balcony allowing plenty of light to enter the apartment.  We have a select few Three Bedroom Deluxe Pool Residences on the Ground Floor.

 

Living in the tropics we believed our residents want the best of both worlds; a spacious balcony for open air dining and relaxation and a spacious and bright apartment interior which comprises abundance of glazing allowing light to stream in to the kitchen, living spaces, and Master bedroom whilst at the same time the ability to have a comfortable and spacious indoor airconditioned area to live.

 

The spacious kitchen features enviable bench space and storage plus an island with low seating breakfast bar, and laundry cupboard/pantry.

 

The generously sized Master bedroom features built in cabinetry, with private en-suite bathroom with bathtub.  The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is also shared with the third bedroom or can be used for visitors. The third bedroom can either double as an office, guest bedroom or when the time comes can be used for a live-in carer.  

 

There is a separate storage room area near the entrance allowing for ample storage space. The oversized internal planter box allows for residents to have their own herb garden.
